공지 [Notice] Game Manager(Referees & Recorder)'s Role (심판진과 기록원의 업무)

VERY IMPORTANT !!!
(If managers are late or don't complete the roles, VND 200K payment will be deducted!)

 

• 1st Game Manager's Role on Sunday  :

1. Arrive at the field 30min before the game start. (ex. 11:30AM)
2. Help to bring some common items from the container.
3. Recorder  : 
   - Prepare recording.
   - Prepare the game balls(12EA for 2 matches).
   - Setup the tarp for the recording table and seats.
   - Record how many balls used.
   - Take the picture for the records and the line-up card.
4. Referees  : 
   - Arrange the ground of the batting box and the mound.
   - Make the line of batting box.
   - Order each team to make the out field lines by using cones.
   - Setup the tarp for the recording table and seats.
   - Inform the game start time.
   - Start the match.

 

• 2nd Game Manager's Role on Sunday  :

1. Arrive at the field 30min before the game start. (ex. 14:00)
2. Recorder  : 
   - Prepare recording
   - Check the game balls(6EA for 2nd matche, remained balls)
   - Record how many balls used
   - Take the picture for the records and the line-up card
   - Disassemble the tarp for the recording table and seats
3. Referees  : 
   - Arrange the ground of the batting box and the mound
   - Make the line of batting box, 
   - Inform the game start time
   - Start the match
   - Order each team to remove cones on the out field
   - Disassemble the tarp for the recording table and seats
4. Help to bring back common items to the container

(만일 경기 운영진이 지각하거나 명시된 일들이 진행되지 않을 경우, VND 200K를 줄여서 지급하겠습니다. )

 

• 1경기 운영위원 역할  :

1. 경기 시작 30분 전 도착 (ex. 11:30AM)
2. 공용 물품(기록 테이블 등) 컨테이너에서부터 이동 지원
3. 기록원  : 
   - 기록 준비 (라인업 확인 등)
   - 시합구 준비 (2경기용 12개)
   - 기록석용 타프 설치
   - 경기 후, 사용한 공 개수 기록
   - 라인업 카드 및 기록지 사진 촬영
4. 심판진  : 
   - 마운드와 배터박스 땅 고르기
   - 배터박스 라인 그리기
   - 양팀에 각각 외야 라인용 콘 배치 지시
   - 기록석용 타프 설치
   - 경기 시작 시간 공지
   - 경기 운영 시작

 

• 2경기 운영위원 역할  :

1. 경기 시작 30분 전 도착 (ex. 14:00)
2. 기록원  : 
   - 기록 준비
   - 시합구 확인 (2경기용 6개, 전경기 남은 공)
   - 경기 후 사용된 공 개수 기록
   - 라인업 카드 및 기록지 사진 촬영
   - 기록원석 타프 제거
3. Referees  : 
   - 배터박스와 마운드 땅 고르기
   - 배터박스 라인 그리기 
   - 경기 시작 시간 공지
   - 경기 진행
   - 경기 종료 후, 외야 라인용 콘 제거 지시
   - 기록석용 타프 제거
4. 공용 물품 원위치 이동 지원
