| 1. The League Registration |
| (1) Only team that has announced its intention to join the league and pay the league fee in the registration period is registered in the league. |
| (2) If 2 or more leagues in a year are opened, the team can register each league independantly. |
| (3) The name, logo of the team and its managers' name and contact information should be sent to register the league. |
| 2. League Fee & Cost |
| (1) The league fee is including the below and it's updated every year. |
| - Field rental, Game balls, Labor cost for referees and recorders, cost for etc. |
| (2) The league fee should be paid in the registration period. |
| (3) If any cost for common purpose, the league managers should request the additional cost with agreement of each team leaders. |
| 3. League Game Management |
| (1) 2 games / day, 7 innings game with 2:30 time limitation |
| (2) New inning cannot be started 2 hours after starting game. |
| (3) 1st~4th inning should be finished when 6 points are scored. But, simultaneous & additional runs when 6th point is scored should be accepted. |
| (4) If winning team's batting inning(bottom) is exceed 2 hours from game starting time, the game should be finished by the referees. |
| (5) 2:30 after game starting, the game should be finished immediately. In this case, only the record until the finished inning is accepted. |
| (6) No called game. |
| (7) In case of the withdrawal or forfeiture, team winner can use the field for that gaming time. Win/Lose is counted. In this case, 2-PA and 1-BB should be added on the batting record for all players in the line-up card. And, 2-inning for the starting picther, 1-inning for 2 additional pitchers or 2-inning for 1 additional pitcher should be added. (Head coach should assing 1 or 2 additional pitcher(s).) And, 1st pitcher gets 1 win. The losing team should pay VND 1,000,000 to the winning team. |
| (8) The referees can top or pause the game due to the weather with each team's agreement. |
| (9) In case of the raining, the referees can stop the game. |
| (10) If the game is stopped due to rain 1:00 after game starting or more than 3 innings finished, it's accepted as a official game finished. |
| (11) The line-up card should be submitted by 12:00 on Friday for the recording. And, it's confirmed 10 minutes before the game starting. |
| (12) An objection to the referee's decision can only be made by the team leader or the representative of the team. In this case, the decision is made by agreement of the referees and the recorder. If other player makes an objection individually, the referee can give a warning for the 1st case and order leave the field for 2nd case. |
| (13) The decision for the game proceeding should be decide by 22:00 the day before (the morning time match) or 7:00 (the afternoon match). |
| (14) In case of the re-scheduled game due to the weather, game time is limited to 2 hours (new inning limitation : 1:50). |
| 4. Post Season |
| (1) The post season is held on a separate schedule after the league finished. |
| (2) The semi-final between 2nd & 3rd place teams will be held. In this case, 2nd place team need 1-win, 3rd place team needs 2-win to go to the final. |
| (3) The rules for the semi-final are same as the league play. (score limit, playing time.) |
| (4) The final is for the 1st place team and winner of the semi-final. |
| (5) No score limitation for each inning, No called game. |
| (6) 7 innings game with 3:00 time limitation |
| (7) In case of 1H/2H league, 'Vietnam Match(1-game)' can be held by the league managers' decision except for the case of same champion for 1H/2H leagues. |
| (8) If the game is suspended due to rain, it will be continued on the other day. |
| (9) The other rules for the post season are same as the league play. |
| (10) The players on the post season should play more than 3 games(6 battings or 6 innings) on the league. |
| (11) In case of the same rank due to the same number of Wins and Loses, the ranking is determined based on the principle of winner wins > opponent scores. |
| 5. Management Group |
| (1) League managers : 1 person from each team should be assigned including the Chief of League Management. No payment for managers. But, the cost for a meeting (VND 400K / person, 1 time) should be provided from the league finance. |
| (2) 2 Referees : The teams don't play on the match should provide their members. |
| Referees are not the league managers. |
| (3) 1 Recorder : The team dosen't play on the match should provide its members. |
| Recorder is not the league managers. |
| Recorder is deserved to make agreement in the case of the referees-consensus-decision. |
| (4) Referees and Record get the payment for their activity by the agreement of the teams. |
| 6. Record |
| (1) All batting and pitching should be recorded. |
| (2) In case of the withdrawal or forfeiture, Win/Lose is counted but the game is not counted. Therefore, the regular at-bats/innings are not increased. |
| (3) the regular at-bats : 1.7/game, the regular innings : 1/game |
| (4) The conditions for the pitcher's winning are 4/7, 3/6, 3/5, 2/4, 2/3. |
| (5) When replacing a player, it should be notified to the recorder/referee/the opposite team. |
| 7. Award |
| (1) Title Award : The multiple awards for one player are not permitted for more members awards opportunities. But, multiple awards in the batter and pitcher categories are permitted. |
| - Batter : HR > AVG > OBP > RBI > H (Priority order) |
| - Pitcher : ERA > W > K (Priority order) |
| (2) The prize for award is decided according to the budget of a year. |
| (3) The winner of the league get the award according to the budget of a year and the right to play in Vietnamese Championshiop. |
| 8. Players |
| (1) New player should be registered 2 days before the next match and wear the uniform with his/her back No. |
| (2) Back No. change is not permitted because the record is managed with only Back No. |
| (3) To register new player, the team manager should submit the belows. |
| - Name in English (First & Family name), Birth year, Back No. |
| (4) All player should wear the same uniform with team members. (At least shirts) |
| (5) The elite player's playing is limited by the following rules. |
| - The elite player is defined that the person has played in the offical league for high school students. |
| - The total pitched innings by the elite players is limited maximum 2 innings a game. |
| - There is no limitation to play a game except for the above. |
