Local Rules & Strike zone (당 리그 경기 규칙 및 스트라익존)

▶ Foul & Fair ◀

• 심판의 판정에 의해 중단없이 경기 진행
• 기록만이 심판의 판정을 번복할 수 있음
• 안타가 파울로 번복되는 경우  :  그대로 진행
• 파울이 안타로 번복되는 경우  :  심판, 기록, 양팀 감독에 의해 상황 합의 (루타, 진루 등)
• 내야 땅볼이 파울이 안타로 번복되는 경우를 대비 수비측에서 애매하다고 판단되는 경우, 일단 끝까지 플레이 할 것
• Play continuously according to the referee’s judgement.
• Only the recorder’s opinion can be referred by the referee.
• In case of changing from ‘Foul ball’ to ‘Fair ball’, the referee, the head-coach of each team, and the team leader make decision with mutual agreement.
• To avoid any confusion, players should play until the end of the situation in case of the ground ball(Hard to judge). 
   

▶ In-field Fly ◀

• 고의 낙구를 통한 병살처리를 예방하기 위한 규정
• ‘0/1 out’ + ‘주자 1 /2루 또는 만루’ 상황에서만 선언 가능
• 내야수가 일반적으로 잡을 수 있는 뜬공이라고 판단되는 상황에서 수비수의 능력은 고려하지 않고 선언
• 타자는 선언 즉시 아웃!
• 주자는 플라이 아웃으로 고려하고 플레이
• 단, 수비수의 낙구 시, 주자는 귀루 없이 진루 가능
• The rule to prevent intentional double play
• Only possible to apply under the condition such as ‘No or 1 out’ and ‘Runner on 1st and 2nd , or full base’
• Only possible to apply in case of usual fly ball infield
• No need to consider the personal ability of the fielder
• The batter should be out immediately when it’s declared. 
• The runners should play under assumption of fly out. 
• The runners can play without coming back to the base if the fielder didn’t catch the ball.
