1. 리그 일반 업무 :
- 초기 리그 기획(일정/예산), 제정, 홈페이지, 기록, 일정, 시합구, 규정, 선수명단 관리 및 기록기준수립 등의 업무 필요
(1) 초기 리그 기획 : 향후 2024년 말 배정
(2) 제정(총무) : 신윤재 > 업무는 2023년도 리그 비용 처리 종료 후, 이관
(3) 홈페이지 : 김선근 > 서버유지비 연 VND 2.4M, 도메인비용, 인건비 경기당 VND200K 지급
(4) 기록 : 2인 지정 예정 > 전체 인원이 배워서야 함, 한동안 2명씩 병행 정리 연습 후, 실무 투입
(5) 일정/시합구/심판기록인원 :
(6) 선수 명단 :
(7) 규정 : 위원장 관리
(8) 기록기준 수립 : 향후 논의
(9) 각종 분쟁 조정 : 현 위원회 내에서 논의 후, 결정사항 팀감독방에 공지/동의 후, 홈페이지에 공지

2. 홈페이지 관련 논의 :
- 내용 개편을 위한 별도의 Tree-structure 제시 후, 게시판 등 개정
> 리그 규정 / 선수 명단 / 기록 / 공지사항 등..
- 로그인 없이 기록 열람 가능하도록 개편 (글쓰기는 반드시 로그인 필요)
- 규정타석/이닝 외 선수 기록 표시되도록 변경 (순위 산정에는 포함되지만 규정외는 별도 표시되도록 변경)

3. 기타 논의 :
(1) 지명 타자나 단순 헷갈림으로 인한 타순 오류 :
- 타순 오류에 대한 검증 및 문제제기는 기록이 확인하여 정정/벌칙 등의 조치 가능
- 상대팀의 지적 없어도 상관 없음
- 현재 타순에 있는 경우, 맞는 타자로 즉시 교체 및 모든 상태 그대로 유지
- 그 타순이 종료된 경우, 그 타자는 아웃처리하고 그 타순에서 타자의 타격에 의해 발생된 모든 결과는 무효
> 단, 타자의 타격과는 무관하게 발생된 폭투/포수포구실책에 의한 상황은 그대로 유지
> 타석에는 해당타순에 맞는 타자가 다시 들어옴
(즉, 2번타자 자리에 3번이 타격한 경우, 2번타자의 기회는 넘어가고, 3번타자가 다시 타석에 들어와야 함)
- 타순이 2개 이상 진행된 경우, 변경 불가
(2) 스트라익존과 포수 프레이밍 :
- 스트라익존은 프레이밍과 무관하게 공이 들어간 지점을 중심으로 판단
- 프레이밍을 이유로 스트라익을 볼로, 볼을 스트라익으로 결정하지 말 것
- 리그 홈페이지에 명시된 스트라익존 운영을 팀에 잘 공지/숙지 시킬 것
(3) Phạm Duy Hưng(Archers)이 Archers의 경기를 제외한 첫 경기의 기록을 전담하겠음
2번째 경기의 기록도 Archers 내부에서 확인해 보겠음

1. General League Management :
- League Planning(Schedule, Budget), Finance, Homepage, Record, Schedule, Game ball, Regulation, Roster management
(1) League Planning : It will be assigned at the end of 2024.
(2) Finance Manager : Shin Yoonjae > The management will be taken over after finalizing 2023 finance.
(3) Homepage Manager : Kim Seonkuen > Server fee VND 2.4M/Y, Domain fee, Labor cost VND200K/game will be paid.
(4) Record Manager : 2 people will be assigned > All managers should learn.
(5) Schedule/GameBall/Recorder/Referee Manager :
(6) Roster Manager :
(7) Regulation Manager : League Management Leader
(8) Recording Reference Building : Not yet decided
(9) Arguement Control : Managers group discusion & decision > Release to team leaders and agreement > Notice on Homepage

2. Homepage Management :
- Tree-structure will be suggested for renewal the menu.
> More systematic structure such as 'League regulation', 'Roster', 'Record', 'Notice Borad'….
- No log-in to see the homepage and record
- Display the record of the player have not qualified minimum innings or battings.

3. Other discusion :
(1) Batting order mistake caused by DH exchange or other cases :
- Recorder can find and order to change/punish directly even though the other team's appeal was not happened.
- If this mis-batting-order is found at the current batter, just exchage the batter to correct order and keep all counts and status.
- If this mis-batting-order is found at the next batter, this mis-ordered batter is out and all result caused by his batting is cancelled.
> But, any result not-caused by the mis-batting-ordered batter's hitting should be kept. (such as catcher's error, wild pitch, steal, and, etc..)
> And, current batting order should be exchanged with correct order, even if he already got the batting chance in the previous order.
(No.2 batter is mis-ordred(correcto order No.3) and already batted > currently No.3 batter > mis-batting-order found > No.2 batter is out and No.3 batter hitting again)
> If 2 or more batting orders done, it cannot be changed and all records should be kept with the current. (No punishment)
(2) Strike zone and Catcher's framing :
- Referee should try to see the real ball's location instead of catcher's glove location.
- Don't change Strike to Ball or Ball to Strike due to the catcher's framing.
- Study the strike zone on the Homepage once again
(3) Phạm Duy Hưng(Archers) will be the recorder of all 1st match of the league except for the Archer's match.
He will check the recorder among Archer's member for 2nd match as well.
